چکیده
Considering the environmental awareness of contractors, this paper constructs a construction material supply chain consisting government, manufacturer, and contractor, analyzes decision-making influencing factors various stakeholders under no subsidy, contractor manufacturer studies formulation subsidy policies for waste recycling from perspective government. The results show that: compared with subsidizing when government subsidizes rate is lower, manufacturer’s profit, consumer surplus, social welfare are higher. will use price mechanism to grab subsidies at time, which increase governmental expenditure. We also that cost affect in different ways. Therefore, should analyze contractor’s evaluate before formulating promote recycling.

متن کاملA new multi-objective mathematical model for hazardous waste management considering social and environmental issues
Hazardous waste management incorporates collection, separation, treatment, recycling and disposal of hazardous wastes. In this paper, a new multi-objective mixed integer model is presented for hazardous waste collection problem. The model aims to minimize transportation and construction costs, and environmental and population risks in hazardous waste management systems. This model is applied in...
